Trademark Usage Guidelines for the
WCOOM® Brand
Introduction:
The World Championship of Online Mahjong, also referred to as the “WCOOM,” is the prestigious online mahjong event of the world, Mahjong Logic Limited is the owner of all rights, title and interest in and to the WCOOM brand including each of its associated trademarks, service marks, copyrights, trade dress and all of the goodwill emanating therefrom (hereinafter collectively, “trademarks”). Therefore, it is important to Mahjong Logic that WCOOM trademarks are displayed consistently and appropriately and that the WCOOM trademarks are protected and respected whenever and wherever used. Our goal in providing these guidelines is to provide players, vendors, licensees, media, customers and others guidelines that facilitate the consistent, unified use of the brand while protecting the brand’s integrity. However, these guidelines do not constitute a contract or a license to use the WCOOM mark and you may not use the WCOOM mark to imply a sponsorship, endorsement or granting of rights by Mahjong Logic. Guidelines for the Brand
A licensed party may use the WCOOM marks as licensed in its written license agreement or according to WCOOM Brand Standards provided to it. No licensee or any other party is permitted to register any domain name that includes WCOOM. If you have any questions concerning the terms of your license, please contact Mahjong Logic.
Recognized media such as newspapers, magazines, radio, television and other media outlets may use the WCOOM marks including use of the WCOOM logos subject to the terms and conditions of these guidelines. For online uses, a link to wcoom.com is required.
The WCOOM logos as shown above are only permitted to be used by licensees (subject to the terms of a written license agreement) and by media (subject to the terms of these guidelines). All other parties are expressly prohibited.
For uses by parties other than by licensees or recognized media, the WCOOM word marks may be used to describe the WCOOM event.
No use of any WCOOM mark may be made on promotional materials or products without an express written license permitting such use with Mahjong Logic.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
WCOOM® will run 8th of December 2013.
1 players per rule set will win WCOOM. (1 rule set will be offered 2013. Each winner will receive a percentage of the total pot generated according to the payout structure and also a VIP-trip package which includes:
• 2 night at Grand Hyatt hotel in Macau
• $1,000 for travel
Any possible travel overages or other costs will be covered by players.
The winners will be contacted within 48 hours of winning. This is a must play event. There will be no cash alternative given.

By participating, Entrants agree to these Official Rules,
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Employees, officers and directors of the Sponsor, its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, representatives, agents, promotional and other vendor agencies involved in this Contest, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, regardless of where they live) and individuals residing in the same household (whether or not related) of those employees, officers and directors are not eligible to participate.
All dollar values expressed herein are expressed in United States Dollars. Entrants agree (a) that the Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (individually and collectively, the “Releasees”) are released, will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by participants against any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind (whether due to negligence or otherwise) to person(s), including death, or property, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a Prize, or participation in this Contest, or any Contest- or Prize-related activities; (b) Winners grant (and agree to confirm that grant in writing) permission to the Sponsor and those acting under its authority, the perpetual, worldwide right to the use of his/her name, picture, likeness, voice, video, biographical information and statements, at any time or times, for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the Internet and World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval and without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law; and (c) Entrant’s contact information may be provided to Contest co-marketers, partners, or Prize providers. Entrant shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Releasees from and against any and all claims, suits, proceedings, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses arising from or related to the Entrant’s participation in the Contest or acceptance or use of Prizes.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES:
Sponsor makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prize, or portion of any prize, furnished in connection with the Contest. If a winner is found to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected in a manner determined at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, time permitting. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error herein, administration of the Contest or in the announcement of Prizes. Only the stated Prizes will be awarded. Sponsor shall have the right to terminate or amend the Contest or the Contest rules at any time in its sole discretion. Without restricting the generality of the foregoing, in the event the Sponsor is prevented from continuing with this Contest, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Contest is undermined by any event including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or any cause not reasonably within the Sponsor’s control, the Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Contest without obligation or liability of any kind. If for any reason the Contest, including the online portion, is not capable of running as planned, including disruptions caused by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause that corrupts, affects or compromises the administration, security, fairness, integrity, proper conduct or intended play of the Contest, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual Entrant or its designated agents deemed responsible and the Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest, with appropriate alternate method of prize award selected. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications failure, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, including any erroneous appearance of qualification for a Prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or provider, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by the Sponsor due to technical problem or traffic, congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to Entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Contest. WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of dispute as to the identity or eligibility of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the “Authorized Account Holder” of the e-mail address submitted at the time of the entry. The “Authorized Account Holder” is the person to whom the applicable Internet service provider or other organization (such as business or educational institution) has assigned the e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
